We’re looking for an entrepreneurial and motivated Customer Service Generalist to help us revolutionize the industry.


  • Provide initial support for all product lines offered from HaulHub
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members
  • Assist customer with account maintenance
  • Participate in customer and fleet onboarding as needed
  • Complete projects in a timely manner
  • Document all communication from customers in an organized and concise manner by keeping Hubspot updated
  • Maintain continued education of HaulHub products as they evolve
  • Ability to follow playbooks to assist customers in the use of HaulHub products and recommended best practices.
  • Stays alert to trends, patterns, or sensitive issues and communicates them to the Director of Client Success
  • Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding the client through the solution
  • Expected to have both strong general product and technical knowledge of all of the HaulHub product offerings
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned
